Managing Dryness

Between severe dry eye, dry mouth, skin issues, and nasal dryness, it can be overwhelming to keep track of every product, symptom and routine.

What does your daily "dryness management" routine look like?

Are there any "hidden gems" or tips that made a huge difference for you?

How do you mentally handle the routine fatigue?

  1. Halls Soothing pectin demulcent drops. They help a lot and taste great!

  2. The company is called “PapMd” and yes it tapes across my mouth to keep it from drying out while I’m sleeping.

  3. I use Squigle tooth paste from Amazon. It's great, alleviates burning tongue while brushing and also is an enamel saver. XyliMelts from Amazon for dry mouth. I use this at night to keep my mouth moist. It sticks onto the gum and you don't even know it's there. Works wonderfully! Can also be used during the day. Sugar free.

  4. I use Biotine toothpaste. It’s milder to ease oral sensitivity. I use a mouth gel at night before bedtime. I was having to get drinks of water several times a night. Now I use a mouth tape from Papmd. It helps tremendously to get a good nights sleep.

    2. Where do you get the mouth tape and does it cover your mouth at night? I don't understand how it prevents dry mouth.
