Sjogren: fatigue brain fog - ritalin positive effect

Dear all

I recently discovered that I have Sjogren ( fatigue, brain fog, headaches...) and ADAH ( impulsivity- hyper focus- talkative hyperactive).
My MRI shows white‑matter inflammation and micro‑lesions.
the combination of ADHD and white‑matter inflammation causes brain fog, confusion more and more increases impulsivity, irritability.

For ADHD they gave me Methylphenidate (Ritaline) or lisdexamfetamine (Elvanse/Vyvanse) and what appears is that if i take adult doses i canno t sleep . if I take children lowest dose of Methylphenidate , i am fine. hyper focus, high energy all the day.
I wanted to know if some people have the same experience ?
