Cognitive decline
Hello all - l am new to this forum but not to Sjogren's .
However , at 66 my Sjogren's has worsened and l'm having serious cognitive problems ..
What l need to know is how much my cognitive decline is going to worsen? At the moment l could easily be someone in the early -mid stages of dementia - but l'm told it's not dementia ..
However l know the disease is progressive so l'm wondering how bad my cognitive decline is going to get ... Can any older people enlighten me please ?
If you have cognitive decline , please share with me how bad it is and if it has worsened over time - and how much ..
