Sialothisis 😭😭😭 && Shame based/Disgust OCD to really solidify the Fresh Hell that is now life with Sjogrens. Ironic that it's pronounced Show Guns 😂😭
Yes , the pain and fatigue ! I find having to deal with my eyes , nose sores and my hypergeusia is upfront and sometimes worse . Never stops and the flares , oh man !
